This limited edition DOH is a wonderful festive swirl of red and white so it looks and smells like a candy cane, straight from the North Pole! A perfectly magical stocking filler all by itself, or add a rolling pin and cutters for a great gift set.
A beautifully soft and gently scented dough for modelling, packaged in a reusable aluminium tin. DOH is handmade by me in my kitchen using mostly food grade ingredients so that it is safe for little hands (see more info on ingredients, allergens below). Due to the handmade nature of the DOH, slight colour variations may occur between batches. This large tin holds approx. 250g of DOH
DOH is made using the following ingredients: plain flour, salt, oil, water, glycerine, food colouring, fragrance oil or flavouring. Some varieties also contain bio glitter or dried flowers. DOH is vegan but does contain WHEAT so is not suitable for children with gluten allergies. Despite the majority of ingredients being food safe, the DOH has a high salt content and is not intended for consumption. As it is made in our home kitchen, it’s difficult for us to guarantee there are no traces of other allergens.
DOH is tested in an independent lab in the UK and bears both the CE and UKCA mark. It is suitable for children aged 3 years and over due to possible small parts posing a choking hazard. We do recommend supervision throughout your child’s play. Please see information about allergens above.
As a natural product without chemical preservatives, your DOH won’t last forever, but there are some things you can do to help keep it at its best for as long as possible. DOH should be stored in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Playing with your DOH regularly is the best way to keep it soft and squishy, but make sure to wash your hands first to help keep it clean! It’s normal for salt crystals to form from time to time, these can be kneaded back into your DOH. If it begins to dry out, a few drops of water and/or oil kneaded in thoroughly will help to revive it. We expect your DOH to last for 3-6 months. Once your DOH starts to go sticky, it’s time to replace it. DOH can be disposed of in your household food waste.
